Two sides to the experience

Like most Japanese Steak Houses, Mikato has two very different offerings - Hibachi and Sushi. It seemed a perfect combination for my dinner date as he is a steak man and I am a sushi girl. The two of us sat at a Hibachi table where he ordered the Filet and I ordered sushi rolls, because our dinners were so different I'm going to explain about each one separately.

I was a bit surprised when I walked in to see half the staff in jeans and tee shirts and the other half in clothes that we tend to associate more as being Asian.
