I've dined here around 10 times, and I'd say that half the times I've visited the service was surly, rude and neglectful. The last time (and it will be the last time for ALL time) we patronized the restaurant, it took almost an hour to get our food, we had to hunt somebody down to refill our drin... a user of Restaurantica.
