Phenomenal views, excellent food

First, the guy who is upset because he got busted for lighting up a cigar in this place must have an interesting view of the world. This restaurant is open air and is connected to the hotel lobby, the bar, etc. Smoking a cigar here would immediately polute them all. HardDriv Review is Nonsense Sanctuary is Great

I have eaten at Sanctuary at least ten times and the food and service are always impeccable. If HardDriv is the guy I think he is, he not only lit up the cigar in the middle of dinner, but when asked to extinguish it, he snuffed it out on the table!
