Great food...Poor Service

I'm usually not a picky person.........I used to be a waitress. BUT, from the time we walked in until the time we walked out, 2 and 1/2 hours had lapsed. granny should be ashamed

On our second vacation to HS we went to Granny's remembering how good the food was the first time.
The food is still good---but the service STUNK....again.

The food is wonderful. It is just like good old home cooking. They are not stingy with the servings either. There is always food left on my plate. The prices are very very reasonable. ridiculous

we stopped into granny's at about 1.30pm for some lunch. sat ourselves at the bar and were told by two waitresses that they couldn't help us because they were too busy. we finally got some help, ordered a couple waters and some soup and cold sandwiches. after a 48 minute wait, our food arrived....
