Chef James Hale's presentation of these excellent dishes is sublime, and the taste equals the presentation. The menu offers a wonderful selection of \"New American\" filled with extraordinarily-good food, such as the grilled halibut with zucchini and squash. It is spicy with a hint of lemon. The pasta dishes, including angel hair with herb sauce and vegetables, are delicious and usually low calorie. The soups show flair and originality (try the creamy potato and tomato).
