Very Good Mexican for my California Taste Buds

The place is beautiful, from the waterfall decor in front, to the realistically painted sky ceiling and colorful walls. Servers refer to you as "Amigo" as they come with chips and salsa within 30 seconds of your arrival. Drinks are basic, nothing fancy.
