Barney’s Gourmet Hamburgers – Every Kids Choice
We’ve been going to Barney’s Gourmet Hamburgers in Noe Valley, in San Francisco for years. It is the only hamburger joint within walking distance for us, which is important because we I always over eat there, forcing me to roll slowly home as I digest. Well good news for me, and my arteries, I just discovered that Barney’s Gourmet Hamburgers has another location in the Marina neighborhood.
First let me say that Barney’s has great burgers and real homemade milkshakes. Whether you get their regular fries or the curly fries, you won’t be disappointed. The important point is really just finding your favorite location and going. And with their casual atmosphere, you can even wear your new Crocs.
I’ve been to the 24th Street location in Noe Valley and now the Marina, with lots of street parking. We’ve loved the outdoor seating. And good news for readers – not only are there Barney’s in several areas in the East Bay but you can find three additional Barney’s Gourmet Burgers in Southern California! If you can’t afford to send your kids to cooking school in Los Angeles, then grab lunch at Barney’s and see how a delicious hamburger is made!
Savor Niman Ranch ground chuck, turkey and chicken burgers, cooked the way you like and at a reasonable price. I love their classic cheese burger and their Sunshine burger. My husband’s favorite is the French burger with its blue cheese and its baguette. We often split the large order of onions and french fries. They use Hershey’s for their chocolate shakes which I love, and if you want they have a good selection of beer or wine.
