TAO Las Vegas Asian Bistro
TAO Las Vegas is surely one of the best restaurants in the world. It is a first class bar, restaurant, lounge and also home to one of the hottest night clubs on the Las Vegas strip. TAO is located in the Venetian Resort Hotel and Casino upstairs in the Grand Canal Shops. TAO is one of the hippest places to dine in Las Vegas and a great place to people watch. You are sure to see a celebrity or two at TAO at any given time.
The menu at TAO is nothing to glance through. Take your time and find out what TAO has to offer. The food there is simply divine. If you go with a large party, the chef will prepare you a lovely three course meal starting with a sushi plate, then an appetizer, followed by a scrumptious dinner.
The night club is located upstairs from the restaurant and if you dine at TAO you don’t have to wait in line to go to the night club. Be prepared for a night of decadence at the TAO night club.
The dance floor gets packed and you are surrounded by bathtubs that usually have girls in them. While the girls aren’t technically nude, they are very close to it. The music is loud and and the beat is strong.
TAO lives up to every expectation you may have of it. The contemporary decor surrounds you and is so pleasant to look at. There is also a 20 foot Buddha watching over you. He sits right in the center of the restaurant.
There is usually a wait to dine here, so a reservation is highly recommended. They also host birthday parties and other events for the high end party planner.
TAO is a must see the next time you are in Vegas. It is not for the fussy eater or the weak at heart.

I love, love, love great sushi! Too bad about the mercury.
I’ll try TAO the next time I’m in Vegas, but be warned: I’m very picky – even Nobu in Malibu was a little bit of a let down. We shall see…

This restaurant will be at the top of my list the next time I visit Las Vegas!
Tao’s Las Vegas the food and service was amazing but the reception personal of Brice and Patty need a few lesson on meet and greet. Startrf the dining experience off to a rocky start with those two up front. Not sure I would return after the encounter I had with them.
