Good food, poor service and arrogance(02/17/06)
Kyoto Palace has some unique aspects about it. It has good food and fun (if you sit at the big Teppan tables. And all you can eat Sushi is a good value on weekdays. HOWEVER, and this is a big however, the staff / mangager is probably some of the worst...
