I generally don't like to write scathing restaurant reviews-- but my experience at Bistro Ka tonight was so lackluster I feel the need to warn others. It's true the restaurant has beautiful modern decor and a seemingly well designed space. This, however, does not make up for the mediocre food and complete breakdown of their service routines.
