Horrible customer service, left before we even had a chance to order

We waited forever to even be greeted, were evetually told to seat ourselves (which we would have done sooner if the sign upfront didn't clearly say "Please wait to be seated"), and then waited even longer before our server came to our table and half-heartedly asked what we'd like to drink.
