This was the first place I drank a pint of Draught Guinness. It was $2.50, to give you an idea of when I discovered the place. I used to live in the Bay Area , and I really miss it. The Duke RULES!!!

The Duke is a very traditional pub with a great American jukebox! From the red velvet couches to the solid selection of beers to the Shepherd's Pie, I always feel like I am back in England. best fish and chips around.

and their tartar sauce ain't bad either. yeah. i kind of really like tartar sauce. anyway - duke's got a good set of both - and i've had fish and chips is lots of places around town - all of downtown sunnyvale, the brit (cupertion and downtown) that fish place in santana row, and the fish markets...
