beyond dirty and poorly ran, a health code violation/ or shut down waiting to happen

I used to work at mishka's and I wish to express how dirty and poorly ran it is. First of all, they have cockr*@ches, they leave the milk out for hours on end, the scones are left out over night in the back to "rise" without being covered, great for the cockr*@ches and m!ce bad for your health.
