We ate at the restaurant twice, and the food, atmosphere, and view and view were excellent. The people there are very friendly and helpful! Desperately needs a makeover!

The first thing you notice when entering cabin #2 at River's End is the burgundy plush carpet, which unfortunately covers the majority of the floor space. You also notice a large, empty nook, which obviously contained a twin bed at some stage, but now remains empty. In fact much of the room seems... dlriver, a user of Tripadvisor. Great Lunch, great kid's lunch

The service was fine, the coconut shrimp and duck confit sandwich were great, but the most remarkable thing was the children's menu. The seared halibut with mashed potatoes and veggies was delicious and well presented. The spatzle and veggies was less impressive, but still a far cut above the us... Great views, but bad news!

We stayed in Room 5 at River's End "Resort." The room is located in a very private area just below the restaurant. There are beautiful water views from the deck, bed, and shower.
