If you are ANYWHERE in Lake Tahoe, you must go to The Char Pit in Kings Beach, CA, on the North Shore! The food is GREAT!!! I haven't had a good quality, char broiled burger since I was a kid. Conviently located right on the main highway in Kings Beach. They have a nice selection of food, beyond just burgers. You must try their delicous, creamy milk shakes.
