A supreme example of old-fashioned American dining in the midst of Hollywood. Excellent, huge menu of various comfort food dishes that are superbly cooked. snobby place

If you are not "properly attired" don't even try to get a seat. The cashier looked us over with a sniff and asked if we had reservations, when told no, although the place was half empty and no one waiting we were told to come back at 7:30-2 1/2 hours later. A SCREAM!

This place is hilarious. Remember the last time you had a stereotype "waiter" waiter?
