Toughest meat I ever had

It was late but I was hungry for a quick nibble and work close by so I ordered a few items. They say come in 5 minutes, well 20 minutes later I was still waiting, then it was lukewarm, the meat was tough, the eggplant flavourless and the chicken tasted like it had been over brined and ... a user of Restaurantica.
