Over the 10 years since its inception, Cafe Mundial has changed owners but not lost what made it work from the get-go: a nicely designed upscale but comfortable atmosphere, good food at fair prices, stable staff, and a regular coterie of clients that gives the combination bar /lounge /restaurant a neighborhood feel. more on insiderpages.com
