My sister and her husband were staying at the Silverado over the Labor Day weekend and my brother-in-law collapsed on the golf course and ended up passing away four days later. Lacking in Service
We stayed at the Silverado in June 2007. We had a two room condo with a view of the golf course which was nicely decorated and clean. We had no complaints about the room. but the service all around was very lacking. There seemed to be many workers wandering around, but never anyone approaching to... The grounds and the mansion were very beautiful, the spa was wonderful, but we were very disappointed in the rooms.
