Good ambience -- low ceilings, kimono'd waitresses, bamboo. Sushi varies in quality; last night my maguro was extrafirm, hamachi was sinewy, uni was fishy and inedible. Some people complain that Fuki is expensive, but would you really want to eat discount sushi? The food here is remarkably good.
