Buca di Beppo serves big plates of pasta and gallons of cheap Chianti. That's what they do, and they're GREAT at it. YES, it's noisy, and NO the food won't win any awards, but critics who complain about these things miss the point. It's noisy because that's the way it's supposed to be.
