I attended Cal Poly several years ago and I was fortunate enough to have Splash just around the corner. I never took it for granted, and now I miss their food. look for the line out the door, best chowder in cali!
A friend and i were visiting the area and were looking for a CLEAN, and fresh seafood place near the beach, it was the only place with a HUGE line out the door. which in my experience means it must be cheap and worth the wait!
