Free refills on soda, chips and salsa, tortillas-the wait staff are Primo Numero Uno-fast, happy! every one of them, go getters and really want you to have a great meal-which is easy to do! YUMMM! Amazing!

Based on previous reviews, my boyfriend and I decided to check out Vallarta. By the way, it's between the outlets and Rose Garden Inn. First of all, the smell was amazing when we walked in.
