They don't make St. Honore cakes anymore!!!
They said that it took too much work!! They won't even take an order for it. I recently moved here from San Francisco, and got a St Honore cake every Christmas for 30 years, at Victoria Pastry Co or Dianda Bakery there. I have had more than my fair share of tastings of the offerings from this bakery. The cakes from Freeport are amazing. I have had the carrot cake, cheesecake (strawberry and chocolate), chocolate cake, and chocolate with strawberries. All of them were absolutely fabulous.
