My friend had been raving about Bombay for a week and we finally went this past Saturday. It was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in San Diego. We were blown away with the quality of the experience. Although we intially waited a while to be greeted, the rest of the night was great. Excellent food but just a tad on the pricey side

Indian food is often a bit more expensive than other cuisine, so you expect to pay a bit of a premium. The food is great at Bombay (and sister-company Monsoon) so you feel it's worth the price.
