Everyone wants to be hip and pick this place as a hidden gem. First of all, there is no space in that place. Not cozy, crammped. Second, the food is average. it is so bad that i could not help saying it!

Best Peruvian Food in SF

Fresca has excellent food, but poor service. The latter has not stopped me from coming back multiple times to enjoy the: ceviche de cinco elementos, (authentic)papa rellena, and the amazing lenguado con risotto.
