Like eating in an auditorium-NOISY and an uncouth maitre d

My wife and I decided to try Blanca last Friday night. We had heard so many good things about this establishment and we were looking forward to trying it. We had spent the previous weekend in the Napa Valley and been to several great restaurants there, including the French Laundry. The decor is quite nice, the hostess very pleasant.
