The service was excellent! We stayed here the night we got married and it was perfect! The staff was very friendly and treated us like royalty. Our check in was quick as well as our check out. Tranquil but in the middle of the action
We found this hotel via Five Star Alliance, a luxury hotel website. But when we found out that the room we had booked was being offered at a discount by looking on the hotel website, we had to cancel via Five Star and rebook directly with the hotel. Ruth's Chris could learn a few things here. Whenever I come to Sonoma I eat at Saddles. Come to think of it, I actually come to Sonoma to eat at Saddles.
