Basically what happened is we got a brownie that was very burnt on the bottom and the sides and although the waitress said she'd give it to us for free she was then told to take the brownie back. more on Yahoo! Travel

Management couldn't back up its waitress's first offer for the free brownie and since we asked for it back to eat the ice cream on top (we didn't like the other deserts on the menu) we were still charged full price on the brownie. more on Yahoo! Travel
