I had never been to a Churrascaria before...

Let me begin by stating I had no idea what to expect and when the host didn't offer me a menu I thought their service was lacking. How wrong was I?!? So very, pleasantly wrong! On our table was a small wood salt shaker looking thing. One end was RED the other was GREEN.
