Phlight is a truly wonderful experience with it's soft lighting and trendy New York style/Industrial decor I was intrigued to try it based on look alone. They have bar like seating and regular seating with the cooks making Delicious tapas while you watch. They also have an amazing wine list...I r... a user of Restaurantica.
