This is, far and away, our favorite restaurant in Vail. Menu continues to change and evolve. While proprietor Michael Glennon is most definitely an accomplished (and recognized) chef, and the entrees are very creative, they are yet not "too cheffy," which can become tiresome in the valley. It was super!

We ate here during our recent ski trip and it was a wonderful experience. Our group had many strong food preferences (vegetarians, South Beachers, pasta-only) and yet we were all able to get food we enjoyed and were delighted by. One of the best in Avon

My husband and I visited Bachelor Gulch and was recommended by the hotel to eat at Vista. Wow, what a great advice because Vista was great. The service was awesome and our waiter was friendly.
