Incredible edibles !!!

I have been a patron of this establishment since they opened their doors. The food is fresh and impeccably done. The surroundings are comfortable and the staff is superb! What a surprise to find a place like this in Colorado. After living in one of the largest populations of Vietnamese - San Jose, CA, I thought I couldn't find better in CO, but I was extremely wrong because this place is almost better than a lot of places in San Jose. The Vietnamese Cafe has excellent dishes. The coconut curries are to die for! They also have one of the best hot and sour soups I've ever had anywhere.
