The Best Chinese in the greater Harford area

This restaurant is located in a rather seedy section of New Britain, but we are drawn there by its wonderful Chinese food. Service is always excellent and the Szchwan entrees, in particular, are to die for. My favorite entree is the Sa Cha chicken.
