THE WAITRESSES THERE COMPLETELY IGNORE YOU. THE WAIT IS AT LEAST 1/2 HOUR FOR YOUR MEAL. THEY NEVER COME UP TO YOUR TABLE TO ASK IF YOU NEED ANOTHER DRINK ETC. AND THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE. I live in Old Saybrook and I have been going to Pat's for years. The food is always delicious and even though there is always a wait, especially for breakfast, you never wait long.
