I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Central Cafe in downtown Plainville. (1) Ron (the owner), chef and bartenders are friendly and competent; (2) the restaurant and restrooms are kept very clean; (3) the quality of food is great-especially the large & plump chicken wings; (4) the prices are reasonable and the quantities are above average; (5) the focus is on entertaining the patrons-texas hold'em games, billiards, new juke box with awesome sound; lots of TVs for sporting events, karaoke, plus local and reg more on CitySearch

Definitley clean but I didn't feel very welcomed by anyone from patrons to staff. more on Yahoo! Travel
