I can't believe this restaurant is still open for business. I questioned my choice of restaurants as we were walking in from the dark and poorly maintained parking area as we passed the open side door to the kitchen. The kitchen staff was hanging out on the steps smoking cigarettes. We were first served a basket of overspiced tortilla crumbs.
