we eat there all the time! it closes early, like 8 pm, so plan ahead. always check the specials board when you go in. they do get crowded but its a big dining room. about 14 different pies too! homemade soups are great as well. we have eaten there about 25 times as we live ... a user of Restaurantica. This is now Georgetown Family Restaurant, although most people still call it Smith's. The atmosphere is very friendly. The owner visits tables to see if the meals were satisfactory. Service is o.k. This is not "Smith's" any more, even though the locals still call it that. It is under "new" ownership. The food's still good and reasonably priced. Portion to price ratio remains in the customers' favor. Parking can be tricky, being downtown, but you just need to plan ahead. Lunch rush is at ... a user of Restaurantica.
