TOO D*** HOT

WHY WON'T THEY INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING THAT COOLS THE WHOLE DINING ROOM, AND NOT JUST THE FEW TABLES UNDER THE CEILING FANS? THE TABLES NOT UNDER FANS BAKE IN HOT WEATHER.
