Our experience was "just OK"

I took my wife to lunch here one weekday, and we walked away feeling pretty ho-hum about the experience. Red Lobster is the seafood equivalent of Olive Garden (owned by the same company, Darden Restaurants), so I expected a bit better service, better quality food, and a slightly better atmospher...
