Service and food service continue to decline

This used to be one of my top choices to go for a fabulous view, great food and service. Unfortunately, all but the view have been spiralling downward. I use to live in Titusville Florida, which is only about 30 minutes away... you do give up an ocean view here, but the river view around sunset is worth it!
