What an unexpected surprise Emerils' was. This is one of the few I know of that because of it's location inside the Universal Amusement Resort, has a lighter dress code. Other than sleeveless shirts for men are not allowed anything else goes for men or women. We had three different servers as to be expected at a high end establishment. Josway was our primary waiter and made us feel very relaxed and welcome. There wasn't the usual stuffiness you expect to see at a restaurant of this caliber. From the bread to desert ... A one time experince
