We just visited Sanibel last week-discovered Lighthouse Cafe (recommended by a local) and went there every day of our vacation for wonderful fresh-tasting breakfast; despite crowds waiting outside always got seated within 10-15 minutes at most-love the Denver Omelet and Pecan Waffles. more on Yahoo!
