the wife has been there before and raved about it so when we were down in key west this past november we had to stop,seated promptly received a drink and then forgotten,we sat fourty minutes, got up and was walking out when girl at front door asked if we enjoyed our meal,informed her we had been there for an hour with no service,was reseated and served by the manager.all in all good food but service left a bad taste and still payed full price for the horrible service more on CitySearch
