I have lived in Tampa since December 1985 and have always heard about Berns Steak house and the Harry Waugh Dessert Room. In December 2004 I took my wife to the dessert room after a nice dinner elsewhere to celebrate her graduation. We have visited Berns numerous times over the past 20-plus years. We have visited regularly in the last three months. Food and service never fail to satisfy. Definitely a steak place, great.
