My first choice was the best, ceviche de la casa, $7.50. Slightly spicy, some lime, cilantro and tequila set up the generous portion of shrimp, scallops, squid and seabass. I have visited Ceviche Tapas Bar and Restaurant on six or seven occasions over the past year and a half, and I find each experience to be as gratifying as the previous.
