Don't trust the pictures!
The pictures made this place look like a gorgeous little hotel, but in reality it is old and run-down. The building screams for a fresh coat of paint. Kicked us out of the courtyard
Spent four nights times four rooms at the Veranda Inn this past weekend. Family funeral. Options limited for accommodations. Now I know why this was all that was left!! Rooms were very poorly maintained. Floors were absolutely filthy. Bedspreads had stains on them (check the backside!!). mattress... A TripAdvisor Member, a user of Tripadvisor. Don't go!
The Veranda Inn is not one bit like the beautiful photo on their website. The rooms are old and rundown. Worse than that is the damp, moldy smell of the place.
