I've eaten at a few Houston's, love the ones in the DC area. I've lived in Central FL for just over 12 years and still manage to hit Houston's a few times a year for dinner and/or drinks. I've consistently had good food and service. Service is prompt and orders are taken correctly to any specification. I'm always adding or leaving off something, no problems there.
