He started another LOUD tirade that included, I've been in this business for 15 years, why would you come to a restuarant and send food back, I know that I am lacking in people skills, I check all the food before it goes to the table-nothing should be sent back, my food is so good that I have been in [xyz] magazine twice,..served 400 meals tonight and nothing was wrong with any of them. more on Yahoo!
