Cheap lunch, great service, easy-access location

We go here a LOT for lunch - the food is really, really good, it's quick, the waiters are always very attentive, and they have the best Coca-Cola anywhere. Not sure why it tastes so good there, but it really does. Their margaritas are pretty good, too. This is by no means a fancy place, I don't t... a user of Restaurantica.
